AQUATICS MANAGER

Reports To: To Regional Manager, all Company Directors and Area Managers
Job Summary:
Aquatics Manager is responsible for complete oversight of pool operations, including but not limited to budget oversight, member services, event management, assist with pool staff hiring/firing/training, rule enforcement, information communications via eblast and newsletter, facility cleanliness/upkeep, lifeguard training, pool chemical testing and adjustment etc. The Manager will provide an operational review on a monthly basis. Swim Team Coach/Management experience is a plus. The Manager is required to be on site a minimum number of hours per week, (as set forth below)
JANUARY - 10 Hours per Week
FEBRUARY - 10 Hours per Week
MARCH - 20 Hours per Week
APRIL - 20 Hours per Week
MAY - 40 Hours per Week
JUNE - 40 Hours per Week
JULY - 40 Hours per Week
AUGUST - 40 Hours per Week
SEPTEMBER - 40 Hours per Week
OCTOBER - 20 Hours per Week
NOVEMBER - 10 Hours per Week
DECEMBER - 10 Hours per Week
Minimum Requirements:

Working knowledge of aquatic operations, with a background of at least 2 years in pool management

Must possess an above-average skills in problem solving, mechanics, time management, as well exemplary public relations skills

Reliable transportation

Weekend work is mandatory for this position

Must be able to work under demands from clients, Regional Managers, and lifeguards.
Compensation: Hourly wage commensurate with experience; Phone Stipend
